CULTURE DAYS OF TURKMENISTAN IN THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN STARTED IN TAHRAN

On June 16, 2019, solemn opening ceremony of the Turkmenistan’s Culture Days in the Islamic Republic of Iran was organized at “Vahdat Hall” cultural center, Tehran.

To the concert prepared by the cultural and art workers of Turkmenistan and dedicated to the opening of Culture Days have attended an official delegation arrived from Turkmenistan, Heads and representatives of Iran’s Islamic Culture and Relations Organization and other local establishment as well as the representatives of the diplomatic corps, Turkmen diaspora and media.

In the beginning of the ceremony Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan Mr. Atageldi Shamyradov and Head of Iran’s Islamic Culture and Relations Organization Mr.Abuzar Ebrahimi Torkaman addressed their welcome speech and gratitude to partisipants. While wishing successful Culture Days, expressed their hopes for active participation.

After the completing of opening ceremony programme, in the second half a day at “Khane-ye khonarmandan” gallery also was held opening ceremony of the exhibition of artworks, musician instruments and museum exhibits. This exhibition will be opened till the 18th of June, 2019.

According the programme of the Turkmenistan’s Culture Days in the Islamic Republic of Iran, during 16-18th of June, 2019 also planning to organize the presentation and exhibition of the books of the Honorable President of Turkmenistan Mr.Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow , conference and round-table discussions with participation of cultural and art workers and historians, demonstration of Turkmen films as well as the concert prepared by culture and art masters.
