The 300th Meeting of the Permanent Representatives of the ECO was held

On October 20, 2025, the 300th meeting of the Permanent Representatives of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) was held in Zanjan Province of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Several issues were discussed and decisions were adopted during the meeting.

In addition, during the meeting, a bilateral meeting was held between the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Governor of Zanjan Province, Mr. M. Sadeghi. During the meeting, the Ambassador emphasized the strong historical and cultural ties of friendship between Turkmenistan and Iran and noted the strengthening of cooperation between the two countries in the political-diplomatic, economic-trade, and cultural-humanitarian spheres.
